L.T.R Mow & Snow LLC is a small family run lawn care and snow removal company based in Hamilton, Ohio, owned by Rachel Couch.

The company is new. The hands are not.

We started LTR Mow & Snow to do this work the way we always thought it should be done, but there is 25 years of trade experience behind the name. That is the part that matters when you are handing over your property. Knowing what Butler County clay does to a lawn in a dry August, or where the snow can and cannot be stacked on a tight downtown lot, is not something you learn in a first season.

You talk to us, not a rep

Call the number on this page and you get the people who do the work. There is no call centre, no account manager, and no waiting three days to find out what is happening on your own property. If something is not right, tell us and we will come back and fix it. That is the whole arrangement, and it is easier to keep when you are small on purpose.

Attention to detail is the actual job

Anyone can cut grass. The difference between a mowed lawn and a finished one is the last fifteen minutes: the edge along the drive, the trim around the posts and the beds, the clippings blown off the walk instead of left to wash into the gutter. We do that part every time, and it is why properties we maintain look maintained rather than just cut.

What we work on

Residential and commercial, both. In practice the lawn care side leans residential and the snow side leans commercial, because that is what each market needs most. We mow subdivisions and older Hamilton streets through the season, refresh beds and install mulch, and then plow and salt lots, storefronts and drives when winter arrives. Snow removal runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during a storm.

Straightforward on money

Estimates are free and we look at the property before we quote, so the price you are given is the price. Mowing starts at $75 a visit. Mulch is $160 per yard installed. Snow is quoted on the size of the property because a residential drive and a retail lot are not the same job. We take cash, check and electronic payment.
