Hamilton, OH (our home base)
Hamilton is a mix of newer and traditional style homes, and that shows up in the work. The older neighborhoods around Dayton Lane, Rossville and Prospect Hill have mature trees, deep established beds and small tight lots that a big machine cannot get into. The newer builds out toward Enterprise Park and Taft Place have thin builder soil, young trees and wide open lawns that need aeration and overseeding more than they need trimming. We work both, and we do not treat them the same.

What we do in Hamilton
Fairfield, OH
Most of Fairfield sits on flat, evenly graded lots, so the mowing is fast and the stripes run clean. The trade off is water. Flat ground on Butler County clay does not drain, and the low corner of the yard stays soft for days after a storm. Around Symmes Corner and the older Fairplay and Stockton streets the lots are larger with established plantings that need real trimming. Newer sections toward Indian Springs and Fairfield East have younger trees and thinner turf that responds well to fall aeration.

What we do in Fairfield
West Chester, OH
West Chester Township holds two very different kinds of work. The residential side, Beckett Ridge and Wetherington especially, is upscale master planned housing with mature trees, HOA expectations and neighbors who notice a ragged edge. The commercial side along the Tylersville and Union Centre corridors is retail and office property where the landscaping is the first thing a customer sees and the lot has to be plowed and salted before the doors open. Older pockets like Olde West Chester, Pisgah and Gano have established plantings that need shaping rather than replacing.
